Sonny's Real Estate career started with Duc & Elliot Builders and Shapell Industries of N. Ca in 1971 to 1976.In 1977 he joined the San Jose Real Estate Board now the Santa Clara County Assoc. of REALTORS where he has been a member for the past 30 years. He holds the following designations. Real Estate Broker, CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), GRI (Graduate of the REALTORS Institute) and ePRO (Internet Professional).
